Franchesca Gordon is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California and the founder of Soléa Concierge—a consulting practice devoted to creating responsive, restorative systems of care and support. With over a decade of experience working alongside expert clinicians in mental health, recovery, and whole-person wellness, Franchesca brings seasoned leadership and grounded presence to every project and partnership.

Her career spans a wide range of care environments - including residential programs, intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), private teams, and select medical and clinical organizations offering comprehensive services. In each setting, Franchesca has supported individuals and institutions through periods of change, complexity, and transformation. She has been a trusted collaborator on numerous interdisciplinary teams, often serving as a bridge between clinical insight and operational clarity. This collaborative lens continues to inform her work through Soléa, where she guides systems and professionals toward sustainable, human-centered solutions.
